DRAMA A trademark of the city of Drama is the Park of St. Barbara, which is included in the 60 most beautiful parks in Europe as part of the Culture 2000 program. OTHER SIGHTSEEINGS in THE AREA ALISTRATIS CAVE Alistratis Cave is one of the largest and most impressive caves of Greece, and, according to many, of Europe. It is located on the borders of the Prefecture of Serres with Prefecture of Drama, and its distance from the city of Drama is only 25 kilometers. Alistratis cave is extremely old. The cave covers a total area larger than 25,000 sq., and is about 3 km long, of which 1 km is available to visitors. The visit to the cave takes about 1 hour. AGGITIS CAVE The largest river cave in the world, located about 25 km northwest of Drama. Its uniqueness is due to the fact that flows river Aggitis. MYLOPOTAMOS DRAMA HIGH SCHOOL Mylopotamou Aquarium is located 7 km west of the city of Drama in Municipal Department of Mylopotamos in the direction of the cave of Aggitis and of the ski center of Falakros.
